Fresh from the region
We take pride in serving fresh local produce.
We get our cheese from the Lechnerhof farm in Braies and from South Tyrol dairy farms, just like the milk. Your breakfast rolls are baked and delivered daily by the baker in Dobbiaco. The tasty fruit spreads that start your day are made by Alpe Pragas in Braies.
Your free-range breakfast eggs come from the Santerhof farm in Villabassa. We get most of our meat from the Weisssteiner butcher's shop. South Tyrol's vintners produce excellent wine, so you can choose from a selection of mainly local wines.
Some of these products, like the local fruit and vegetables, are not available the whole year round, so we carefully select alternatives when they are not in season.
Our herbal garden
The fresh herbs like chives, parsley, sage, mint, balm, rosemary, thyme and savoury that distinguish our dishes grow in our own herbal garden.
